You’re welcome to arrive just as you are. We provide yoga mats and bolsters for your comfort. Many people also like to bring optional items such as blankets, extra layers, pillows or an eye mask to help create a cosy and relaxing space.

This is mostly a floor-based experience. Chairs may be available if preferred.
