What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Layers are recommended as your body temperature may shift during deep relaxation.
Are sessions beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! No experience is necessary. You'll be guided through every step, and the experience is designed to be deeply restful and accessible to all.
How long are sessions?
The Botanical Sensory Bath is 90 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. Doors close at start time.
What should I bring?
You’re welcome to arrive just as you are. We provide yoga mats and bolsters for your comfort. Many people also like to bring a water bottle and optional items such as blankets, extra layers, pillows, or an eye mask to help create a cosy and relaxing space.
Can I bring a friend/loved one?
Yes! You're very welcome to attend with a friend, partner, or family member. Many people enjoy sharing the experience together. Each person will need their own booking, so simply reserve multiple spots when booking your session.
